Greyfield Apartments

The staff were friendly, and when I ran into problems they did their best to move me to a better place. GREYFIELD’s customer care was excellent. The outside of the apartment is attractive and the interior is well furnished, but I had trouble with the amenities: the hot water didn’t flow properly, the tap leaked and flooded the bathroom when turned on, some room AC units didn’t work, and the door knobs were coming off. I can’t blame the apartment entirely, since previous residents may have caused some of it, but the next guest shouldn’t have to deal with those problems.

We came for our wedding anniversary, and the warmth of the staff really made the stay. Their friendly smiles felt genuine, and they seemed to care about making us feel welcome. The food was a treat too, made with fresh local ingredients and some creative touches. It costs a bit more than some places, but the service, meals, and prime location made it worth the money.

We’d happily come back. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also a handy base for our Benin City trip, with major attractions close by.

The poolside was our favorite spot to unwind after exploring. We also had spacious, nicely decorated rooms, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. It felt like a dream, and we’d recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a luxurious, relaxing stay.
