The comfortable rooms and thoughtful amenities make for a cosy stay. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and the relaxed atmosphere feels welcoming. OTI Hotel and Spa really does offer warm hospitality and comfort, and I left feeling at home.

I only saw the place, I didn’t stay there. There’s a hall, swimming pool, restaurant, bar and gym on the grounds. It looks lovely, and the atmosphere feels welcoming.

It’s a nice hotel, but the waiter, who told me his name was Joshua, was so rude. He’s a skinny little guy and doesn’t seem ready to work yet. Sad.

I made a reservation for my dad and sent the details by WhatsApp as they asked. It clearly said April 23, 2026, with checkout on April 24. But they told him I’d booked April 22 instead. Mistakes can happen, I know, but they wouldn’t take responsibility and lied to a customer even though the dates were clearly stated. Please don’t do that.

There’s a pool, gym and conference room, and the rooms and restaurant are up to a nice standard. The service was attentive from arrival right through checkout. I had a really great stay.
