The location is the hotel's strongest point. It's an old place that may be struggling to keep up with modern ways. The gold wing has better facilities, though it needs better management. The pool was good, but some rooms had very poor ventilation and were hard to breathe in. Some rooms had no telephone directory, and a few bed covers were old and faded. I saw management confront a guest who was using his company to pay for his stay. I thought that could have been handled better.

The swimming pool is a decent size and well maintained. There's always a lifeguard or trainer available.

A horrible hotel. The heat was alarming, we were literally sweating. The AC stopped working, and we switched rooms almost three times with the same problem. There are so few sockets near the bed for charging devices. The building needs a proper renovation.

The Royal wing was okay for the price range, and most of the staff were helpful and great. At least one person was kind of rude, though. The really old AC in the room made an unbearable noise, and parts of the toilet, especially beneath the drain pipe, were dirty.

A quiet, cozy spot to unwind.
