It’s an average place, with a small pool that might be useful in hot weather. Some staff can be off-putting and don’t seem properly trained. Be patient, check out, and avoid any drama.

The complimentary breakfast had a great range and was sumptuous, and the open relaxation area is spacious with a live band. We also had a stable power supply for the three days we stayed, and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. The pool area was lovely too. My friend recommended the hotel, and it felt very homely, from how easy it was to find to the warm, responsive staff. They went out of their way to make my family and me comfortable. Rabbi at reception deserves a special mention for being so warm. Thanks for making the stay pleasant. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Calabar.

I found the room service and pool okay. The Inn has good security at the gate and CCTV throughout. Reception was organized and welcoming. At the restaurant, not every chef cooks well, but one woman chef made amazing fisherman soup and afang soup.

The rooms are spacious and the service is above average. It’s clean and secure, with plenty of parking. The ownership has changed recently, so the new management may need a while to make its mark. You get what you pay for.
