Room service was really disappointing. I'd call to ask for something, they'd answer and then never bring it.

I stayed in the two rooms and parlor. What they charge seems fair for the service they provide, and they're doing their best to keep the place going. Still, it needs renovation, and I hope the rooms and service improve afterward. Please work on renovating the place. Well done for keeping things up as best you can.

For the price, it's all right. Nothing special, but not bad either.

I regret staying here. The bathroom in room 305 floods into the bedroom, and the one in 307 smells awful. The receptionist was rude, and the staff acted like helping guests was a bother. There was no food apart from noodles, the elevator wasn't working, and the TV showed nothing clearly.

The location is fairly good, but my stay was terrible. The rooms were dirty and smelled, mosquitoes were everywhere, and the AC didn't work. At one point the water stopped, so there was none for bathing or flushing the toilet. The place needs a complete management overhaul.
