Nichole's Place Ltd

It’s a decent enough place, but I had several issues. The bed was wobbly and squeaked, and the power went out more than once, sometimes for hours. There was hot water only on the first day. After that I asked for it and got lukewarm water instead. Guests smoked despite the rules, and nobody stopped them.

The setting feels cool and homely, and the room accessories were clean and in excellent condition. The male Front Officer was courteous and especially helpful when they needed to move me to another room. He seemed like a promising young professional. Food was hard to get, and when it finally arrived nearly two hours later, the quality wasn’t an issue. The restaurant is below 40%. POS wasn’t available either. I’d like to return, but I’ll eat elsewhere.

Nichole's Place has a calm, tidy feel, and the hospitality was great. The rooms are spacious enough, clean, and affordable. Akudo bar is there for relaxing, and there’s also a reception hall/Event Center that costs between 180,000 and 200,000. It’s easy to get to and has plenty of parking.

I left one morning without bathing because they couldn’t get me water. The management is zero, and most of the staff came across as saucy, indifferent, and always angry. The lady receptionist was the exception. This hotel doesn’t have even the bare minimum essentials. Please don’t go, unless you want to cry like I did. Thank you.
