The Hotel Properties Limited

We're staying for two nights, and for the price, this hotel has been disappointing. Aside from the courteous young man who checked us in, the staff seem poorly trained and unruly. Our room is spacious but not well maintained. The restaurant, if you can call it that, is separated from reception by a makeshift partition. I've never seen that setup anywhere. Enugu has plenty of hotels, so I doubt I'll stay here again.

My friends and I had a good stay at The Hotel, and the poolside was a great place to hang out. The grilled fish is quite expensive, though. Security is good, the workers are cheerful and well trained, and the facilities are up to date with plenty of channels to watch. It's the neatest hotel in Enugu. The complimentary breakfast is small, with limited choices. This will be our regular place in Enugu, and I hope they keep up the standard.

My husband, our children aged 3 and 5, and I came from California and spent three days and nights at this lovely hotel. The kids swam while we had rice and chicken and drank Moet. It was a wonderful visit, with good food, quiet surroundings and a strong sense of safety. The rooms are huge and have refrigerators. The lights stayed on, and when NAPA went out during the day, the generator came on quickly. I'll return next time I visit Enugu.

Customer service was good, but the facility needs maintenance. I woke up sweaty when the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and another time there was no water for a morning bath, so I missed my appointment. Well, it could've been better, but those are the buts.
