I found it better than Ilorin E-phonix hotel.

The rooms were clean and okay, though the hotel needs to make sure its facilities are working. I was disappointed with breakfast: it wasn't a buffet, and it didn't meet my standard. The location is a plus, in a calm, quiet area that's still close to the town centre.

It's a moderate stay, not bad. The hotel I stayed at the last time I was in ijebu was better, but with ojude oba coming up, I guess most hotels are booked.

They really need to deal with the bad smell in the toilet.

The room is a lot better now than when I stayed here a while ago, though I still wasn't impressed with it. This time there wasn't a towel in my room. I called reception several times, but none was brought up before I checked out in the morning.
