When I complained, the fair man started screaming at me. The place is disgraceful and doesn't deserve to be called a hotel and suites. There's no power 97% of the time, the ACs don't work, and they told me to “manage the fan,” even though it was barely spinning.

The pool was spotless and a welcome place to cool off, and the lounge was nicely set aside for some peace and quiet. My room was clean, and the prices were very affordable for the comfort. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay really enjoyable. I was beyond impressed, and the calm, clean, affordable experience exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.
