Carlton Gate Hotel

My colleagues and I were assaulted by a cab driver on the premises. They watched him hit my colleague and only stepped in when it got too much. They let the driver leave, then acted as if they hadn't. The security guard who let him go ran away. You aren't safe at this hotel. The customer service is poor, there's no water, and the internet is bad. The rooms are all the same, and mine was moldy, which left me with really bad allergies.

Everything at the hotel was on point, and I can't quite put into words how much I enjoyed it. They do need to tell the workers to stop asking guests for money.

The TV, air-condition, and water heater all worked perfectly. There was plenty of parking, a swimming pool, 24/7 electricity, and adequate security. We stayed in a suite and an extra room. The surroundings were clean, the food was good, and the staff were courteous, though some furnishings need repair. We also had to request towels and an electric kettle because neither was in the rooms.

The rooftop had a pleasant view, and the place has a nice, peaceful feel. The receptionist kept a lovely smile the whole time. Security came across as a bit rude to me and my friend, though. Aside from that, I'd give it 9/10, so it doesn't seem perfect 🤗.
