Danest Hotel And Suites

Lovely ambience and service at Danest hotels. I had a wonderful experience.

The room had a working refrigerator and hot water, and it was a decent size for two, with a good balcony view in a quiet area. I found the staff helpful and customer service good. There’s an outdoor bar, but the TV has very few stations. Parking inside the compound is limited, though there’s more outside. My room didn’t have a bathtub, the bathroom could have been cleaner, the AC management needs improvement, and the intercom didn’t work. All in all, not a bad short stay.

I paid #32500 and didn’t get to enjoy the services. The bathroom smelled horrible, the water stopped running at one point, and there was a wall gecko. They only turned on the AC from 7pm to 7am, so this place is a no for me. Also, the bar attendant charged more than the menu price after I’d paid and wasn’t friendly. Management should address these things.

The pool and gym were good, and I stayed at the Danest hotel with those facilities, not the roadside one without a pool. My room was comfortable, the staff were polite, and the heater worked, so I had hot water for my bath. I loved my stay.
