We spent the weekend here as a family and loved everything. The hotel is about 2 years old but still looks brand new, with solid ambiance, decor and staff. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable; breakfast had a good spread. We also enjoyed Sunday brunch and the live band by the pool. We didn’t get to visit the spa, so we’ll do that on our next visit. 10/10 for me.

My kids loved staying here so much they didn’t want to leave. We had a great visit, and the hotel itself was lovely, with a delightful breakfast. The pastries at the bar were a real highlight. The cleaning staff could use a little more training, but they responded quickly when I raised a concern. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The rooms are great, services are above average, and the staff are respectful. It’s not a bad place, but they need to keep an eye on bathroom maintenance.

The dinner menu was so limited that we could barely tell what some of the dishes were. Then the meals took ages to arrive, and some guests eventually left without eating. Nobody offered an apology. It felt like we were just expected to accept whatever was put in front of us. I also had to go to the bar myself to get wine. Even after I asked for it, nobody came to help. The rest of the place had been beautiful until that Valentine's Dinner.

Signature is usually my regular spot, and I love it there. But I wasn't into the Dirty rice, and the rain cut my game short. They stopped it abruptly and didn't really apologize.
