Delad Hotel and Suites

We waited over 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned. It looked fairly decent, but the fridge didn't work, the cable TV wasn't available or activated, and both the bathroom tap and drain were slow. The water heater was out too, so we had to ask for hot water in a bucket. There were used bar soaps left on the bathroom floor, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. The booking was for two, but breakfast was provided for one guest only. We got spaghetti and a boiled egg, and the meal was underwhelming and could've been prepared better. We'd booked through a booking site and arrived after the stated check-in time, only to be told there were no rooms. The front desk staff said walk-in guests had taken them, even though we had a confirmed booking. When we asked for the manager, the staff had a brief whispered discussion, and then a room suddenly became “available” before the previous guest had checked out. The whole thing was confusing and disappointing, and the service felt poorly managed. I'd recommend the place only as a last resort.
