Fortune Exclusive Hotel

The location is good, but the service was awful. The first room they showed me had rodents, so I would've had to share it with them overnight. They'd turned on the corridor air conditioning before I checked in, then switched it off a few hours later to save fuel. Staff barely seemed to acknowledge me, looking at me like I was just another unlucky guest. A horrible night here.

The bathroom shower looked like it was from the 1960s, and there was no water heater. The hotel itself was bad, and the supervisor or manager was arrogant, disrespectful, and seriously lacking in manners. I'd give minus 10 stars if I could. One star is the lowest available.

The open bar made for a great night out. I stayed four nights, and the staff were great and served us well. It felt fair enough, like a home away from home.

I went to an event at the complex and had a good experience. The hall is beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned, with room for 1,000 people. Its entrance, though, feels too small for a hall of that capacity.
