The price doesn't seem justified. The building is old, and so are the room facilities. The desks, wardrobe, and even the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There's room for improvement.

Power isn't available during the day. The building seems old, though it has been renovated recently and made to look quite nice.

The staff were friendly, easy to approach, and helpful. There's a restaurant and bar, plus a safe parking area. I booked online for 9,675 naira, but was told the listed price hadn't been updated, so I paid 11,875 naira. I'm not sure whether they take cards. The hotel itself feels old and needs maintenance. The bed was hard, the toilet looked dirty, and there was no hot shower. It was okay for one night, though.

I haven't seen the rooms, but the event hall gets a 7/10 from me. It has plenty of space and enough AC units for around a hundred people. The exterior isn't too bad, though it looks like it could use renovation or a fresh coat of paint.

There’s a large reception area and car park, along with a kitchen and a hall for seminars and conferences. The facilities are modern and the place is well laid out, but it wasn't very clean. It's in a strategic spot in olubadan estate and can hold a large number of people. Electricity and water were steady too.
