The bar guys were friendly and always willing to help, and the location is good. But the service was below par. The AC didn't work, and during my two days there it wasn't switched on, even though they promised it would be on by 10pm. Water was another problem. We practically had to beg for it to be pumped to the rooms. The receptionist was rude and frowned throughout our stay. She was often away from her post, and it felt like we were begging for free rooms.

The location is nice, but the room and staff service were poor. As a bride, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was the worst experience ever. Don't bribe me o.

The service fell short of what I expected and what had been presented, though it was still okay to a reasonable degree.

This place seems to have gone downhill since it first opened. As of April 2023, it felt more like WESTGATE *Copper* or *Rubber* HOTEL. Nothing about it felt gold standard. During the day, they left us with a noisy, poor-quality fan to move the heat around. The AC only came on at 10:00PM and went off at 5:00AM, whether power came from the utility company or the generator. On the second day of my planned five-day stay, I saw a scorpion on the bed. A baby one, yes, but I wasn't about to stick around to meet its mother or father the next day. I added photos of the little scorpion to this review. There was no AC during the day or hot water, the beds sagged, and the kitchen food was terrible. They couldn't even get noodles and egg right. The place was full of insects and needs serious fumigation. You might come back to find a lion or snake on the bed.

The staff were courteous, and the place is wheelchair friendly. There's laundry service too. The environment feels safe and secure, with ample parking and security cameras running 24/7. Enjoy!😜
