Small changes each day can add up over time. Health is wealth. For healthy weight management, steady habits matter more than extreme diets: balanced meals, regular activity, enough water, and good sleep. Whole foods and sensible portions can support your energy and general wellbeing. #WeightManagement #HealthyLiving #WellnessTips

I enjoyed my stay in the comfortable rooms, and there was plenty to make use of: a gym, spa, movie cinema, bar/restaurant, and club. It’s hard to find somewhere with these features at an affordable price. It was a wonderful visit, and I’d be glad to come back soon.

I felt I wasted my money staying overnight in a bad room. The AC didn’t work, the toilets had no lights, and the view was poor. The restaurant was a mess, so I went to a nearby shopping mall to get bread for the night. The customer service was awful, and there didn’t seem to be any tangible management. I really didn’t like this place at all.

The hotel is a nice place, and there have been many improvements across its departments. Their services are also inexpensive.

The location was unpleasant, close to an abatiour and surrounded by drunks and gangsters. After I bought some meat from the abatiour, one of them hit my car while I was reversing. The area also smelled bad.
