The reception and chef were good, but the service could use work, as some of the service staff weren’t diligent. I got bitten by mosquitoes, couldn’t use the Wi-Fi, and found no bathing soap where I’d used it the night before. When I got back exhausted, they still had to fix the bathroom lamp at around 10 pm.

The staff were friendly and courteous, and the hotel itself is quite good, but it needs some repairs. Cleaners should be more attentive to details. Breakfast wasn’t served as advertised, and Wi-Fi wasn’t available.

The internet was quick and easy to access, and there are good facilities to make a stay comfortable. Set in a peaceful area, the hotel has a cozy, quiet atmosphere. The building is modern, and the hospitality was remarkable. 😉😉

I enjoyed staying here. The staff are friendly and the service is nice, though some facilities don’t work properly and the equipment needs better maintenance.

Four days here made for a wonderful stay. There was steady electricity, free Wi-Fi, clean water, and nice scenery. Crystal house hotels really feels like a home on the road.
