The water is poor and barely comes through the fixtures, and you can count on the shower not working. The old swimming pool has turned into a mosquito breeding spot. Power goes out often, so they don't turn on the AC or lift. I've seen electrical and plumbing problems here unlike anywhere else I've been. Even the cupboard looks like it could fall at any moment. I can't give a negative rating, but this place is very bad.

My guest's room was beautiful, I loved it. I'd recommend it.

The hotel has only just been built, so it's still running at a low capacity. The rooms are decent and the staff are enthusiastic, though some more training could help them do their best. There's an indoor bar, a dining area, and guest WiFi.

The outside looks impressive, and there's a large car park and a lift in this three-storey hotel. But the pool area has been left to decay, and poor upkeep has dragged down a place with real promise. Once you're checked in, the disappointment starts. My room only had two DStv channels: one stuck on Yoruba movies, while the other switched between sports and news, and I couldn't even get that one clearly. If the maintenance and service improve, this could live up to its appearance. For now, expect to be let down.
