For 7000 naira in 2025, getting a comfortable room with AC and a water heater was a surprise. The accommodation is very affordable.

Quiet and peaceful, a good spot if you like a calm atmosphere.

It's a calm, pleasant location with steady electricity most of the day, though power goes off daily from 2pm to 4pm. The place has no signboard, but local bike men know it. Google shows a different price, the cheapest room is NGN 7,000. To get there by public transport, go to Danbo international schools and take a bike to 'Gwari Avenue by Tanko Tete', or ask for BBS.
