Castle De White House Hotel

The TV selection needs work. I couldn't get channels like BBC, CNN, or ALJAZEERA. Still, the room layout felt royal, and I felt at home rather than like I was in a hotel. The lighting, bedding, wardrobe, chairs, and tables were all top notch. It's set out like a castle, with a small, cozy compound. High dignitaries stay here, so it's best to reserve or there may be no room. Service was satisfactory. Superb hotel!

I brought a visitor from Egypt to castle de white expecting the best service. When I went to collect him on Sunday morning, 26/1/2021, two reception staff asked him to pay for breakfast. I questioned why a hotel like this didn't provide complimentary breakfast, then transferred the money to their personal account. They still wouldn't take his bag to the car, so my driver had to do it. The service was poor all around.

The staff were warm and friendly, and the furnishings were tasteful, but the style really caught me off guard. I hadn't expected the high ceilings and tall windows. There are different room types, so get the best one for the experience. I only kept a picture of the exterior and deleted the interior photos, but you won't be disappointed, especially in Malibu or one of the executive rooms. The bathrooms have tubs for a nice bubble bath.

I loved staying here and hadn't expected such a lovely place. The setting feels fit for a monarch. They can call a driver for shuttle service, and the noodles are great. They should keep up the maintenance, though, and fix the window nets. The thick curtains don't make the nets any less important. I'd visit again.
