The room itself was comfortable enough, with clean sheets, a good king-size bed, table and wardrobe. The shower was great and the water got very hot. There was power around the clock, too. The way they dealt with a problem was frustrating, though. My towel went missing and it took seven hours to get it back. The manager suggested moving me to another room, which made me regret staying there. Customer service felt inconsistent, and I don't think they have a good system for handling incidents.

A pleasant spot, and the price is easy on the budget.

It's pretty average. I'd skip ordering from the kitchen, though.

The reception staff deserve credit, but for what I paid, I expected more room space and a bigger bed.
