Twenty Hotel

One of the most awful hotels I've seen. At these prices, they still won't give you light: Executive King 48k, Luxury king 45k, Deluxe 40k.

The grounds are quite nice, and the staff are professional. The food was absolutely delicious. Wi-Fi was the one problem, it was slow as a tortoise.

I paid Expedia.com in full for a booking, but when I arrived, the hotel wouldn't let me check in because they said the payment hadn't reached their account. They also said they only accept payment through hotel.com, even though their name appeared on booking apps displayed on their Google map wall. It's disgusting to have a broken website at this point. Expedia tried to contact them so I could at least get a refund, but all their phone lines were switched off or unreachable. Maybe it was a setup. I quickly ordered a bolt ride and left, completely embarrassed. Do business with them at your own peril. They seem more interested in taking your money than providing a service. Any hotel with 'twenty' in its name is off my list, even if I see it in Space. No way. I'd give zero stars if I could, but there isn't an option, so make do with this one.

The location in Ungwan Rimi is good, but the hotel is a mess. I booked through Expedia.com and paid in full, yet they wouldn't let me check in when I arrived. They kept buzzing my intercom and banging on my door to say they hadn't received payment. Shouldn't they contact Expedia to find out what happened? Instead, I was left with the loss. I cancelled the reservation, but got no refund at all, despite never staying in the room. Expedia was the one trying to reach them. The phone numbers listed online were switched off or unreachable, and the website was unreliable and didn't work properly. Management seemed badly coordinated. I had to leave, and instead of helping, they tried to sell me another room, making a frantic effort to get more money from me. It's unprofessional, unethical and showed no empathy. If you book here, be ready for this kind of problem. Have another reservation as a backup, because Twenty Hotel always seems to have a clause. I've developed a phobia of anything with Twenty in it. Watch out, you guys who are twenty and over. I'd give zero stars if that were possible, but there's no zero option, so make do with one. Maybe it'll help you get your act together. Was this review worth the 18 USD I paid on Expedia? It wasn't. You've lost a potential customer who could have helped your business. Good luck in the hospitality industry.
