I love this place, it delivers in every way for me. I didn't stay on the club side, though, which can be noisy.

We were guests in the state for four days and didn't know the area, so we picked it because we wanted somewhere not too far from the airport. The reception was bad, though. The workers weren't customer friendly and always had stern faces. In the first picture, the room is full of cobwebs. The second shows the bad food.

The staff were lovely and the service was amazing. I had a really enjoyable weekend at this nice hotel, and I'd come back.

The staff were very nice and made my stay comfortable, but the music from 9am to 12am was a definite no. It's far too noisy here, and the toilets need renovating.

6/10
The club music was so uncomfortable, and breakfast was another problem: the kitchen took at least two hours to bring it, then served the wrong order. Cacid hotel has simple, nice decor, and customer service was good at reception, with well-dressed security staff. Better kitchen service and soundproof window glass would improve the experience.
