For the price, the service really isn’t worth it. It feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, and there’s no complimentary breakfast despite the cost. I also ran into mosquitoes during my stay. I’d rate it 4 out of 10, since you can get much better for less elsewhere.

It’s a peaceful spot away from the main road. Most of the buildings are light green, which gives the place a nature-friendly feel. The downside is the lack of space, both in the rooms and for parking.

I’m not sure why people give it all those stars. Locals call Green Palace one of the best hotels around, but there’s still plenty to work on. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, hot water works, and the AC cools well. On the other hand, mosquitoes are everywhere, the affordable food isn’t very good, and there’s cigarette smell throughout with poor ventilation. Some rooms have an area overlooking the yard, but the doors opening onto it don’t lock, which is a serious security risk. The place has potential, but needs a lot of cleaning up.

The rooms are affordable and neat, the staff are very friendly, and the digital doors give a sense of security. Parking is limited, though. I plan to come back the next time I visit.

The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the service was good. The location in Bompai GRA is peaceful despite Kano getting busier, and the staff and attendants were warm and hospitable.
