The receptionists were friendly and courteous, but I didn't enjoy staying at the Annexe. Its rooms are very basic and don't have special facilities. There are two separate parts, the main hotel and an annex, and the main facility seems like the better place to stay.

The service was top notch and the surroundings were great, aside from the pool. But I was put in a small, smelly standard room.

The location is good, but the reception staff were rude and had a terrible sense of humor. The toilet was really irritating, so I canceled my booking and went elsewhere. I'd suggest looking at other options until they sort these issues out.

I've never seen customer service this bad. Be careful, and find somewhere you'll be treated well.

Good location, very nice food, and large rooms with modern amenities.
