The meals had a lovely homemade feel, and the security gave me peace of mind. I spent six days at 12th Legacy Hotels while visiting from the United Kingdom, and it really did feel like home. The staff were kind and respectful throughout, from the smart gate staff who welcomed me to the friendly reception team. The surroundings were relaxing, my apartment was cleaned promptly, and requests were handled quickly and professionally. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The food was a highlight, especially the egusi and ogbono, and they make good spaghetti too. It’s a calm, lovely setting that feels like a home away from home. A beautiful experience all around.

The food is my favorite part of 12th legacy, they have a great chef. The customer service, room standards, and general comfort are right up there too. A 5-star on the mainland!

I first found out about this place in 2024, when I was invited to a party in the hall. Since then, I’ve thought of it as the best hotel around ipaja. The rooms are some of the nicest and coolest nearby, the setting is peaceful, and there’s power 24/7. There’s also an event centre on site.

On my last check-in, the toilet flies really bothered me. I’d already checked in, so I had no choice, and an attendant helped by spraying insecticide. Please work on this. I was also disappointed that I couldn’t get internet access, even though it was advertised in the media. Thank you.
