99 Apartment and Lounge Ltd

I spent 8 days in one of the company’s Airbnb apartments at Lekki Phase 1. Roaches kept appearing, and there was no water for over six hours one morning. The water heater and shower were pathetic: the hot water came out at a terribly low flow. The kitchen was also missing utensils and other basics for cooking and dining. The backup power kept the lights and TVs on around the clock, and internet was available when I needed it. But the air conditioners and other high-power appliances had electricity only intermittently. After this experience, I’d never use or recommend them to anyone seeking high-end Airbnb service. I’d even hesitate to use another Airbnb in Lagos. If a Lekki Airbnb offers service this poor, it makes you wonder what to expect in the city’s less luxurious areas.

There’s plenty of space in the apartment, and the bathroom is enormous, like a whole football pitch. Families can have a pleasant time here, and it also works for mini birthday parties.

It’s a nice place.

A peaceful, beautiful place to stay.
