I stayed here for 6weeks, having also been here two years before, and the service is much better now. The cleaners come every 3days, and I like how meticulous they are. It's safe and peaceful, with friendly staff who are ready to help. The price is also much more affordable than similar apartments. I enjoy staying here, but the occasional roaches bring my rating down to 4 stars. They should pay more attention to fumigating.

The area is quiet and the room was OK. The guys at the security post were really nice, but the AC had a problem, so we had to use a fan. 😕

The apartments are neat, and the cleaning staff come every other day. It's in a wonderful, safe and secure area, and there's a pool. The flat style is nice, but they don't provide some of the basic things they claim to offer. Once you've checked in, there aren't staff available if you need help. The lights aren't on 24 hours as advertised, and the phones in the rooms are just there. The air conditioning units don't work properly for 15k a night, especially when you can't get the basics listed on the sites advertising the place.

The rooms were large and had a nice, tight kitchen, and security was okay. Aeroville apartment was lovely, but there's no receptionist or staff around the clock when you need them. The gym is neglected and unkept.
