After a long trip, my friend arrived after midnight, exhausted, only to be told the hotel had no room, despite my confirmed booking for her. I asked if she could wait inside briefly while I arranged an Uber, but they made her leave the property, reportedly because of fumigation. They didn’t offer a chair or waiting area. I contacted the property several times and kept asking them to reply to Hotels.com about a refund. They said they would, but never followed through. For days, they ignored Hotels.com’s calls and emails, and it’s now been well over two weeks with no refund. They took payment for a confirmed booking and then didn’t honor it. The way they treated my friend and handled the refund showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. Avoid this property.

The food was good, and I’m looking forward to trying the Thursday karaoke night again before I check out tonight. It’s a lovely, cool, modern hotel setup, not especially large, but the rooms are spacious. The location is accessible by car, and there’s a lovely reception, bar, and sit-out area.

The setting was nice, but service was just average. I tried the peppered chicken wings. The sauce was good, but the chicken was a bit tough and bland, like it hadn’t been seasoned properly.
