Aquatic Suites & Lounge

The TV didn't work, there was no fan, and I had to beg for one to be brought to the room. They said the water was pumping and would be ready in 30 minutes, but after 20 minutes a man came to take a bucket and said he'd bring water. I waited about 10 minutes, then opened the door and found the bucket outside. He could at least have knocked to tell me it was there. They kept saying water was being pumped, yet I had to carry buckets to get any. The room had no working AC, and there were mosquitoes, a dusty fan blowing dust, and a dustbin problem too. The only available guy shouted at me when I asked what was happening with the water. The person who opened the door was also the receptionist. This place was awful, and I can't understand having no water at a place called Aquatic. Save yourself the stress, it isn't worth it.

There is a pool and a lounge, which I think are the only good things here. The rooms are small, cost at least 10,500, and aren't much to write home about. The TV didn't work and there was no heater. I almost cried when my church booked us in here for a program.

The bathroom had stubborn stains and was too dirty for me to bathe in. The room smelled, had dim lighting, and the sink tap didn't work. I moved to a larger room that was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, but neither was there. Cigarette leftovers were on the floor, and exposed bare wiring had been added for a light. There were wires inside the wardrobe too, so I couldn't hang clothes. By morning, water from the AC had flooded the room and bathroom floor. That's only some of what was wrong. You really don't want to stay here.

I was on my period and couldn't get water. The man had to fetch a bucket for me. The water problem is real. There was no TV or fan, and they even gave me used tissue paper. The duvet had already been used and the sheets were dirty. This is the worst place. I can't wait to leave in the morning. Don't come.
