The location is pleasant and quiet, but that was about the only upside for me. The room was tiny and felt overpriced, and there was no restaurant or bar on site, so I had to eat elsewhere. When I checked out, room service couldn't help me with my luggage. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had the worst hotel experience I've had while traveling. They misrepresented a lot of what the hotel had, and I was charged an extra 50,000 naira that felt like extortion. The bathroom leaks, which is poor for a hotel that seems barely a month old. They also switch off the generator every morning to save fuel, without caring about guests. The reviews may all be from the hotel itself, so please avoid this place if you're visiting Nigeria.

The security is the one good thing. The rate is high, the rooms are very small and don't look like the online pictures, and they don't provide what they advertise. They need proper hotel management. I wouldn't advise booking here.

It's a tidy, comfortable place, and the Nigerian police force provides security. More than one company is based in the building, including BiComm and another one whose name I forgot to note. BiComm is connected to crime fighter, and they're committed to helping fight crime through audiovisuals and whatever other means they can.
