2/10
The room was clean and adequate, but the stay fell short in other ways. There was no drinking water or towels, and the Indian food was below average. When problems came up, customer service made no effort to sort them out. There was no first aid kit at the hotel either. I can’t recommend it right now.

2/10
The rooms felt gloomy and unwelcoming, with dim lighting that seemed more about saving money than creating atmosphere. It was uncomfortable to move around, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Service was just as poor: staff acted like helping guests was a favor, and the restaurant service was extremely disappointing.

6/10
The restaurant was a highlight: the staff were warm and helpful, the service was excellent, and there was a decent range of tasty food. Liquor prices were reasonable too. My room had the basic things I needed, and I felt very safe thanks to the excellent security. I spent three days there and had no issues outside. It was a decent stay in Lagos.

The meeting went well, and I really liked the restaurant. The service was good, and the place felt cozy.
