Cate House And Apartment

The kitchen was the main thing I liked. Meals came out pretty quickly, and the kitchen itself was good. The apartment, though, felt cramped, and the design and paint weren't well done. I could hear staff arguing and talking clearly from my room. None of the TVs were smart, and they were all poor quality. The fridge made so much noise it was like having a generator in the room.

Dinner and breakfast were both great, and I had the best cheesecake I've had in a long time. As a foodie, that was the highlight for me. I also really liked the vintage style and ambience, plus the peaceful sit-out area just outside. My room was clean, bright, and airy, with good air conditioning. The bathroom was clean by all standards, though the towels were old.

Really friendly staff, roomy rooms, and a lovely breakfast included. It felt like a premium hotel stay. I'd go back.

I had a good time here and would recommend Cate House. It's peaceful, the food is good, and the TV and AC worked well. Staff were courteous and professional. There wasn't any complimentary tea in the room or bathing soap, though. Also, I noticed raindrops near my bed in Room 105 in the morning, so I think there may be an issue with the roof. I forgot to tell the hotel about it.
