Chalon Suites

Cockroaches were crawling around the place, and the room was uncomfortable because the air conditioner wasn't working properly. The bathroom was dirty, with very weak water pressure. I stayed here on February 22nd, 2025. At check-in, two staff members quoted different prices, 35k and 33,500. It was confusing, and I ended up paying 33,500. The stay fell short of what I expected, and I hope management deals with these problems.

I'm checking out now. I can't stay somewhere the security guard, an army man, wanted to stab a customer. Staff were also breaking bottles to stab customers, and the manager was there. Today, January 4th 2024, around 1:20pm, a security guard beat lodgers. Then around 6:53pm, the military security man beat two customers in chalon. This evening, the rooftop poolside barman beat two women staying in 306. How can a hotel hire thugs as staff? Customers aren't safe. If chalon suites can't run a hotel, they should close it. I'm calling on the chalon suites MD: if anything happens to any customer or me, it won't be funny. I have a full video of everything that happened.

Some rooms don't have a fridge, and the kitchen management is poor. The bedsheets are wearing thin, and towels are sometimes unavailable, with guests asked to wait while they're washed. The owner of chalon suite should put good management in place and pay closer attention to the services given to customers. The service is too poor.

The receptionist's customer service was practically nonexistent. She was rude and uncouth, and seemed to lack basic service skills. I stayed over the weekend, and the room lighting was bad. The sockets didn't work properly, the air conditioner barely worked, and there were no toiletries. Towels weren't provided in either of the two rooms I booked, and even after I complained several times, I still didn't get any. Don't expect free breakfast, whatever you pay. I didn't get any.
