The food took ages, and my coffee came after the meal, which made for a poor breakfast. While I was eating, they asked me to sign my bills. There isn't much to do at the hotel, and most menu items weren't available. It always felt like something was missing. The first room's door was completely broken, and its shower heat pump leaked. The mattress needed replacing. In the second room, the air conditioner leaked, the bathroom smelled like dried pee, and the shower didn't work properly. We just had to manage in the third room and get through the night. The workers couldn't follow a simple instruction not to add pepper or spice to our food. We had to send the food back to the kitchen twice in a row. ZERO professionalism.

They rely entirely on NEPA. The generator went off just after we checked in, and when we asked for a refund and were about to leave, they started begging us to stay. The same thing happened overnight, leaving us in the dark for hours. I went to reception, and the so-called manager only woke up afterward to go look for diesel. Stay at your own expense. This place isn't suitable for an overnight stay. Management is as bad as it gets, though they pride themselves on having new management after getting rid of the last team. If you want to waste your money on what you think will be just one night's sleep, spend it here.

The scenery is great, and I'd like to spend some time here soon. It's off Asa Afariogun Street, Ajao Estate, and serves people who miss flights or want to stay close to Murtala Muhammed International Airport for the night.

It's a comfortable, well-furnished place to relax. The service is top-notch, from the warm welcome at reception to the other staff in general.

I enjoyed the service, and breakfast was free. The room had a strange sort of smell, though. Maybe it was stuffiness or the borehole, I don't know. Still, it's okay for a 3 star hotel.
