The rates are affordable, and the reception staff are kind and well mannered. The manager handles problems maturely and steps in quickly to settle them amicably. The hotel is in a very densely populated area, but it still stands out as one of the best around.

The receptionist was annoyingly rude, and the service throughout the hotel was very bad. The rooms are ridiculously small, with an ancient AC system that gives off a choking fume. I doubt they've changed the air filter since it was installed. There were mosquitoes in the room too. One of the worst places I've ever booked.

I wouldn't come back unless it was my last option. The service was so lackadaisical: the receptionist said they were out of soap, so I spent the night without any for basic hygiene. They'd rushed the room, leaving the floor wet enough to risk a slip and fall.

The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, and the room was very small. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the customer service was friendly. Food costs a lot.

Verry good.
