D'Czars Hotel & Suites

The place is quiet and clean, with a lovely view, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was cozy, the AC worked well, the bathroom heater did too, and there was a standby generator. The internet connection was good. Still, maintenance needs a lot of attention. The hot water tap was broken, the WC flush pressure didn’t work, the bulbs by the bed were too bright, and the lamp holder was broken. My room had no intercom, and bath water ran into the room and made a mess. The restaurant food was disappointing and much less than I expected, so I had to eat elsewhere. I even spotted a rat in the room stealing a bone.

I wouldn’t spend money here. The rooms and toilets were so dirty that I couldn’t sleep there, so I left after paying. The food was a waste of money too.

What a terrible stay. There was no hot water, and the bedspread and pillowcase were stained. The small chop I got at the bar was cold and really bad. Someone scratched my car in the parking area, and nobody let me know.

There was no light in my room, and their big generator doesn’t come on until 6 pm. Until then, it felt like being stuck in an oven. The worst hotel experience I’ve had.
