De Liberty Villa

I only stopped by once, so I didn't stay overnight or see any rooms. Watching football over a chilled, fairly affordable beer on a Premier League weekend was enjoyable. The AC wasn't cooling properly, though, apparently because it hadn't been serviced. That's why I gave it three stars.

The AC worked, and I liked the yam with egg sauce and beef. The rest was rough: our room leaked, and when I reported it, the person I spoke to said they already knew, as if it were no big deal. The kitchen didn't have fries (Irish potato), the toilet barely flushed, and we had to keep filling a bucket with water for nearly 10 minutes. Even the soap was already used.

I've repeatedly run into problems here, from a faulty fridge to dirty toilets, sheets, and duvet, plus dusty tables and wardrobes. On my last check-in, only one person was cleaning rooms after checkout, so I waited about three hours at the restaurant. The toilet beside the restaurant was hoozing too. I hope they start maintaining the place properly soon, or I'll stay somewhere else.

The service was really poor, especially from the woman at the front desk, who was always asleep. They also waited until after taking my money to tell me they switch off the generator. I didn't like that at all.
