The rooms feel more welcoming and relaxing now. Staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive to security, and having a restaurant and lounge on site made the stay feel complete. It worked perfectly for both business and pleasure, and I’ll definitely return.
The reception was good, and the fee is moderate compared with similar hotels nearby. Rooms on the same floor are much alike and average, and there isn’t much parking. The location is useful in Surulere’s busy business hub, though it’s hard to find unless you’ve been told exactly which building. Security could be better on the floors, instead of being clustered on the ground floor.
There’s no lift, so you’ll tire yourself out climbing the stairs. They don’t provide breakfast or even coffee in the morning, and it’s not comfortable for a long stay. If there’s clubbing, expect so much noise in the room that you won’t sleep.
The place is neat and the service is good. It’s cozy and comfortable, though not very spacious. Club noise comes through overnight, but it’s manageable.
The hotel is nice, but the cockroaches in the rooms are a setback. The club upstairs also makes terrible noise.
