There’s plenty to choose from on the menu and at the bar. The rooms are good, and the large outdoor seating area hosts a very good live band on Fridays. It’s in Ikeja GRA.

Once we had a seat, we ordered a quick meal since the grilled fish takes about 45 minutes. The parking was an issue at first, but walking past the band playing oldies on a rainy Friday was lovely. We took our time enjoying the hot food and music, with rain tapping on the roof. I visited with a friend while in Lagos, and it was a great place to hang out.

I had to ask for a room change in the middle of the night because the room was so distressing. At first, they said there were no rooms and I’d have to wait 40 mins for them to clean one, and I was crying. The workers were kind, though, and seemed to feel bad for me. There were hundreds of tiny flying bugs in my first-floor room, a dead cockroach on the windowsill, and a huge centipede in the bathroom when I went to shower. My sheets were dirty and seemed like they might not have been laundered, so I threw one pillow off the bed. The window faced the parking lot, where people talked loudly at all hours, and the bathroom walls were thin and a little broken, so I could hear the neighbors too. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. I wish I’d gone to another hotel as soon as I arrived.

I had a really good time here. It’s a nice place to dine or sit out with friends and family, and you can hold small parties with a live band to liven things up.
