Room service is top notch, and the staff are well trained. The rooms are standard and well maintained, though the TVs and ACs could use an upgrade. It’s an older place, but worth considering for the good view and affordable price, especially right in the heart of Lagos.
6/10
I liked the wall designs and the well-mannered staff, but the event hall was much less spacious than I expected. The limited room caused our company EOY party to flop.
6/10
The cooling system worked well, but the ambience felt a bit outdated. The location was good, just behind a Fuel Station on a busy road. I don’t know why the electricity kept going off while I was there. Please fix it.
6/10
It’s a nice facility in a great location, but the service needs to improve. The power was out for over two hours, and there were no adequate updates about what was happening. The kitchen staff on duty on thursday 2nd of may, 2024 need proper training on how to deal with customers.
8/10
The rooms are spacious and clean, and everything else was okay apart from the TV channels not working. They’re always open, though it can take a while to get someone on the phone, especially if you arrive at midnight. Parking isn’t very big, so finding a spot can sometimes be a problem.
