I've never stayed at a worse hotel. At least there were no bed bugs, but everything else was bad. I spent two nights in what they called their best room with no electricity at night, just heat and mosquitoes. There was no complimentary food or toiletries, and the fan only worked slowly. The pool was empty and dirty, and they don't mop. They barely seem to have any workers. The compound and bar area are nice for relaxing and taking photos, but the rest is rubbish. I was so disgusted I forgot to take pictures as proof. In four years, that place will be hell.

Room service was a letdown, and the staff didn't seem interested in helping. I had to beg for the AC remote, then at night they switched on a small generator and the whole place got hot. There were also far too many mosquitoes in the rooms.

The TV didn't work, and there was no hot water. The front desk gave a sarcastic response, and customer service was absurd. What they say online doesn't match what you find when you arrive. A complete waste of time and money. Don't bother visiting flamingo hotels. It feels like a wasted investment.

The best hotel I've found in Lekki.

The room smelled bad and needs an upgrade, and the staff were unpleasant. The reception when I arrived was poor, the attendant who showed me to my room was rude, and the security man at the gate was arrogant and didn't seem willing to open or close it. The management here is the worst.
