After a tiring day at work, coming back to a neatly made bed, a clean room, and a welcoming smile felt so good. I stayed seven nights at the Victoria island branch and really enjoyed it. The staff were amazing, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was especially good, particularly the pancakes and scrambled eggs. There wasn’t a single power outage during my whole stay, not even for a second. I don’t know how they managed that, but I’d give the hotel 10/10.

The staff were wonderful and the service was great, but there was an odd noise from next door at night. I could hear a stool being moved, and it sounded as if something was wrong. I mentioned it to reception later, and they said other guests had complained about the unusual late night noise too and that they’d deal with it. Keep it up, guys.

A calm, quiet place in a good area. Seems like a good spot for a hotel.

The suite felt like a home away from home, and the staff made my short stay especially pleasant. The receptionist was polite and went out of her way to make sure we had a good time. It’s a nice place to unwind with friends or rest after a busy week. I’d stay here again when I need somewhere to stay.

I spent 11 days here and enjoyed my stay. Daniella and Austin provided good service, and customer care was very good. My room was spacious, had a nice street view, and the shower water flowed well. The food was great, and the hotel was easy to find in a good location. The rate I got was fantastic for the room size and location. Noise from the adjoining room came through loud and clear, though. Apart from that, I’d definitely recommend it.
