I liked the exterior finishes at first, but the room was missing basic things. There was no fridge, no hot water, and no AC when the generator was on. The lighting was poor, the fan was noisy, and the waste bin sat right by the door. I couldn't find a landline either, so I had to go downstairs to contact management. I know the rate was only 15k, but some things should be standard in a hotel.

I loved the cool music they played when I visited Gentle Tower Hotel, and the air conditioner was great too. Seriously, I really love the place 💕💕💕

I want to book a hotel room. Which rooms are available? I also need a phone number to call and directions, please.

I was comfortable during my three-day stay. The AC worked, and there was light 24 hours.
