George Residence TLC

The later incident made my concerns about guest care worse, especially after I found the reception staff rude at check-in. I didn't react then, but I expected more professionalism throughout my stay. On Sunday, after checking in at about 9:30 p.m., I was in the jacuzzi and naked when a hotel porter came into my room and saw me. A visitor who said they were looking for me was then brought in, without anyone asking me first or getting my consent. I was shocked and felt deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. Whoever the visitor was, my privacy and security should have been respected. I was paying to stay there and expected no one to be allowed into my room without my authorization.
