Those towels you provide need to be thrown out, they're disgusting. This facility is old enough for an upgrade, and improving it would do the business more good than harm if you want to stay open in this AI era.

Being so close to where I had to report for work meant I was never late, even when I got up late. That was the one bright spot in my 31 day stay in July, which happened because of work. It wasn't a peaceful or happy time, though I suppose a month in any hotel can be hard. The hotel didn't look as bright as its photos. It seemed faded. I was on the second floor, and tiny, bold rats got everywhere, so I had to get inventive about protecting my food and other things I used. The hotel itself wasn't dirty, so I can only guess the rats were determined. There were people coming and going from rooms at all hours, and I got the impression it was a short stay kind of place. It was noisy, smelled of cigarettes, and had a strange kitchen odor. There were decent guests too, but the other sort seemed to be there every day. The support staff were close to horrendous. They'd ask to run errands instead of dealing with what guests actually needed. Only two were responsive, the pretty woman at the front desk and a man whose name I can't remember. The rest, including the older second front desk woman, were slow and tiring to deal with. I'd have to ask three or four times, and I heard other guests shouting upstairs after waiting. I was moved between two rooms, and neither had a working fridge. They said they'd check, but never did. I think they knew they were broken when they put me there. I had no fridge for all 31 days, and no microwave to warm food either. The fan never worked during my stay. When the AC went off because there was no electricity, I had to open the windows, but it was very noisy outside because of the location. A thief jumped into the premises and got inside the hotel. There was a few minutes of stomping as people chased him out. It was scary, but I presume everyone was safe. I expect it was dealt with, since nothing like that happened again before I left. I also never got Wi-Fi access. The bathroom design was hazardous. It's very high, and the slightest slip could leave you facing your maker and explaining what you did on earth. I'd only recommend this place in genuine, utter desperation. If you can afford somewhere better, I wouldn't stay here.

I've only been there as a Bolt driver, dropping passengers off.

From what I've seen, they maintain the hotel well and management responds to guest complaints quickly. Most walk in guests are corporate, and they follow the hotel's rules. My experience at ghatview hotel suggests they stick to the STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURES (SOP), though I believe there's still room to improve how they operate. The service is good, quick, and high quality, so I give it a pass mark and recommend people stay there. The hospitality is at its best.

My 10k room was a nice choice, and the place was clean. The sheets, walls, and toilet were neat, with water running throughout. The staff were very friendly. The AC got so cold after a while that I had to switch it off. I'd definitely come back, and I'd recommend it if you're trying not to spend too much. Thank you.
