There was a live band playing until after midnight, so this hotel is better suited to party goers than anyone looking to rest. I flew thousands of kilometers into the country and couldn't get any rest. The service was poor too. I had to ask repeatedly for nearly everything, and couples should bring an extra towel because you'll only get one. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the shower door had been removed. This is a very poor standard for the rates they charge. I don't recommend it. Find somewhere better for your money.

A few hours after checking in, the whole room started vibrating because there's a club on the hotel roof. It's clearly a place for partying, not resting or having a quiet time. I booked for my wife and me, but we were given one towel and one coffee mug, and even the mug had to be requested. The hotel is nice and neat, but the customer service needs to improve to meet international standards.

The pleasant atmosphere and wonderful environment made for a comfortable, memorable stay. The Grand Pallazzo Hotel and Suite has friendly staff and outstanding customer service, plus clean, well-kept facilities, including the toilets. It was an exceptional experience.

The fish was fantastic, but everything takes ages to arrive and you have to keep following up.
