The receptionist gave poor service, and some customers seemed to get preferential treatment. Reabeca was especially bad and couldn't be bothered to help.

I checked in on December 24 planning to spend the whole holiday there with my family. I liked the location because it's on the same street as my family home. That plan changed after several unpleasant incidents made the stay feel toxic. A table in our room had been left unscrewed and fell over, injuring my wife. I told reception, but when the manager showed up, he complained about broken cups and other things as if the table wasn't a problem. It could have hurt one of my kids too, but he kept insisting I come to his office. There was also a confrontation over bedsheets. My four-year-old daughter had spilled malt on one, and my wife had offered to pay for the laundry. A strange man came up while I was waiting on the balcony for housekeeping to finish cleaning, told me to follow him without introducing himself, and started shouting about the sheets. I was frightened at first because my kids were downstairs swimming and I'd never seen him before. He was very aggressive and demanded I see his manager in the office. On Christmas Day, my wife said someone had harassed and insulted her as she was going out. She'd briefly waited by the gate for my son, who was coming out of reception. I asked around and learned it was the hotel manager. I let that one go, but together these incidents ruined the holiday stay I had planned.

The room was great, and the place was neat. I had fun, and the staff were kind, warm, and made me feel at home. They turned the music off in good time, so I could get some rest and sleep.

Had a really enjoyable stay. The Pool Bar was a fun place, with plenty of entertainment.

The club needs a major upgrade, so I wouldn't choose it for a night out clubbing. Still, it's a great place for a birthday party, and they put on several live shows, which is wonderful. The setting is cozy, compact, and clean, from the pool to the rooms. Service was okay too.
