We didn't stay for even an hour, and I'm glad we left. We found a better option. The service was very bad and the welcome was awful. We were honestly trying to follow one of their unnecessary policies, which nobody told us about when we booked, but the young man who seemed to be the manager gave us attitude like we'd been fighting in a past life. Only go there if you hate yourself.

By 10 am I was gone, after checking in around 4 pm the day before. I didn't even ask for a refund because I've heard how hotels can react to that. Please only consider this place if there's no room at Ojuelegba under bridge, and I really mean it. Room 309 smelled moldy. The attendant said the AC only works when NEPA light is on. The WC water came out rusty, the bathroom tiles were filthy, and the door and parts of the wall were peeling. There wasn't even a towel. I couldn't bring myself to bathe, and I had to move the leg rest, which looked like it came from the 1980s, into their wardrobe. It clearly hadn't been cleaned for weeks or months. 🤮🤮 Good day, people. I hope these points make it clear why I'd only recommend this hotel if Ojuelegba under bridge has no space.

A truly awful place. The rooms were dirty and smelled like a waste bin, with a dirty bedspread, an unkept room, and a smelly bathroom. The service was terrible too. They seem focused on money. I wouldn't wish a stay here on my enemy.

Please don't come here! The service was terrible. The supposedly white sheet was filthy and sandy, and they had no clean ones, so I had to get a new sheet. The water from the tap was thick, brown, and smelled bad. There was constant light and the AC worked well, but as soon as it was 12 they kept coming every three minutes to hurry me out. Honestly, this hardly feels like a business. Writing this on 02/07/2025.

I enjoyed their services 100%. I love whoever put money into this investment for life's maintenance. Usha blem blem Usha pro pro Usha mono mono. I'm still coming over on Tuesday. HB Bel Ami is the best place to experience relaxation ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
